Policing will lead to clash

Collaging together images from the news, ...  well, it appears the question of policing is a complex one, if not a confidence trick.  Here we have a statement against policing and it is causing trouble, there we have a statement for policing and it is causing trouble.  Disquiet and disturbance.  Truth be told all we need is contented folk but don't let them fool you into thinking it is the others causing the trouble, look at all the statistics, it is always, near as damnit always us.
