A shallow argument

Collaging together images from the news, or... the list of points to be taken on was long, the detail of the points was convincing yet the argument remained simplistic: do this will mean that.  There was little discussion of the goals, the reasons for seeking the goals.  So we can only hope that when the list of points are ticked off the motivation will be a good one.
