And now for the beginning, the first month of the year is about self control, and abstinence, and recovery from that last month of the year of excess.  This month I am hoping to move from the hare to the eagle, and perhaps even to the hound, though I have to examine the hound.  Of course there has to be thoughts and ideas but I am no longer formal in my formalising.
