Collaging together images from the news, or... a demand of the official and explicit recognition of the crimes committed against the peoples in the period, an indispensable first step towards addressing the consequences of that era for which the countries and peoples continue to pay a heavy price in terms of marginalisation, exclusion and backwardness.
