Step out of the echo chamber

Sometimes it is as simple as raising your eye to see the cup that is being offered to you.  Thing is seeing the cup can be quite a hard thing to do.  It is easy to keep your eyes on the ground thinking, fixating on our own fantasies, desires, beliefs and not breathing deeply, looking up and realising what is on offer.  Just releasing our agenda can be scary, but without that prism, without that echo chamber, there may be delights and joys to be found.
