It should be an exhaustive list, take your time in creating it, because it will take time, anything exhaustive will. It will be a struggle to start, it is just the way we are, pushing it down, and hiding it away. Funny that, we are taught injustices should be challenged but what we do is ignore until we forget, which would be fine for inconvenience, and don't worry about putting inconveniences on the list, you can go through it later and strike things off. For now just dwell on those wrongs people have done to you, this is your chance to make a long list of bad.
