A Triumph Indeed

Achievement is valued greatly, we would all want to be part of that group that goes by high achievers, but achievement is more complicated that initially thought.  There are achievements that are driven by our values and morals and there are achievements that reward us with the praise of others.  from our youngest days we are schooled in chasing the second kind, and, of course, sometimes that kind is also motivated by our values and morals.  But it is the times that our values and morals are at odds with the types of success others are encouraging, and not achieving, in those circumstances, would be a triumph indeed.
