You have to love yourself
You have to love yourself. I am not sure I agree when she said you have to say to yourself that you love yourself, because I think I can love myself without saying the words out loud. I know I go on a bit about me, and I know I am a lot better than I used to be but I am just being honest. I am just being myself. And the truth is everyone needs to feel included. All I want is to feel like I belong. That is why I joined the group. That is why I am here today even though I may be saying things that are not quite that. It is because I love myself that I am here.
