052 :: Cooking breakfast with Maelle
Peter stood in front of the open fridge. Naomi sat at the breakfast table looking at her Skroll.
Kitchen. Something new for breakfast. (Peter)
The kitchen screen lit up with images of meals.

The images changed.
Kitchen. Three. (Peter)
Peter had chosen spicy mango with blue cheese. Pictures of the ingredients came onto the screen. Each picture faded as he put the ingredient on the counter. A chef appeared on Maelle Rinoanch. Peter smiled. He waved to Maelle.
First we will toast the spices. Would you like me to control the heat on your hob. (Maelle)
Yes. (Peter)
Peter put the pan on the hob. Maelle beamed at him from the screen.
While the pan heats up let me take this opportunity to thank you for choosing my recipe. Let me know what you think about it. Right. Your pan is hot enough. Put a teaspoon of fennel in the pan. (Maelle)

Maelle stopped peeling. Put down the knife. The image faded. Grew strong. Their kitchen was on screen. Maelle was naked like them. Wearing the same apron as Naomi. Maelle looked about.

Naomi looked astonished. Peter laughed again.
Before you do the second mango put the pan back on the hob. Yes. Put a knob of butter in the pan. Yes. Put the spices back in the pan. (Maelle)
Peter followed the instructions then peeled the second mango.
Right. Spread the mix in the pan evenly. Yes. Put the mango in the pan. Yes. While it cooks cut the blue cheese. (Maelle)
Peter did as instructed.

Right. Plate up your food. Serving it hot is always the best. (Maelle)
On the screen Maelle plated the food. He stood proudly behind it. Peter put the mango slices on two plates. He laid the cheese slices on the mango.
