Waiting for
The two youths were sitting next to each other but not talking to each other. They were both engaged with their phones, as youths are wont. I could imagine there conversation, sporadic, perhaps comfortable in their assumed collaboration, certainly in their whining exaggeration. Or perhaps I could not imagine there conversation as there may be none. I expect it would make a duller play if they were waiting for Godot.
