Over overseas
Collaging together images from the news, or... it may seem simple, move a little money from this to that because that is the important thing that will keep us safe, or safer. But the money taken from this will have an effect and that effect may make us a little less safe. In the news they argued about this and that and there seemed no sensible amount to give to this or that. So someone made a choice and all it seemed they wanted was to keep the overseas over overseas.
