collaging together images from the news, or... a surge in attacks that are there for extortion demands at the clinics that is leaving the patients and staff vulnerable, there were three men with guns aiming their weapons at the sevurity guard who was not armed demanding a protection fee from the sevutiry company that emplys the gard. The men return and cause havoc if their demands are not met and the secutiry company has still not paid the fee and they will be back.
