Set your intention, you have a chance now to set your intention. But I don't, if I am given the direction to so set my intention right now I could say something. I could even meditate on the intention for a short while (I have never tried a long while) but when I carry on with my day that is when my mind will start thinking about what would be a better intention. And I will think of a better one, then should I stick with my first intention or should I go with the better one. Now it is ten minutes since I was asked to set an intention I have come up with an idea. Should this now be my intention: to work out a list of intentions?
