115 :: Goodbye Mariam
Patrick walked Mariam to her car.
Is something wrong. (Patrick)
No. I just have some things that need doing today. (Mariam)
But you are not working tomorrow. (Patrick)
Yea. Just some things I did not do last week. (Mariam)
Is it to do with Naomi making a minidoc. Should I stop them from helping her. (Patrick)
No. I am sure it is fine. Like Kaianne said. She could make it look like it came from anywhere. It really is just stuff I need to do. (Mariam)
Things you did not say anything about this moring. Or last night. So I am worried you might think we are doing the wrong thing. (Patrick)
No. I have every faith in Kaianne. I am sure she will pull it off. (Mariam)
Are you worried this will go back to you. (Patrick)
Enough already. (Mariam)
But you will be down again next weekend. (Patrick)
Not next weekend. I will be on duty. I will come down the weekend after. (Mariam)
Promise. (Patrick)
Yes. It really is just stuff I need to do. (Mariam)
Okay. I would really miss you. (Patrick)
Oh. I do not know. You will have a sex worker performing dances to distract you. (Mariam)
You do not think of me like that. (Patrick)
Oh. Do not be so serious. (Mariam)
Mariam turned the ignition to drive.
I will miss you too. (Mariam)
